Central Data Acquisition and Control System
The eLINK is a central control and data acquisition system that has three communication channels: with the user through a web application connected to any mobile device, be it PC, tablet and/or smartphone; with the elements of the crane through 8 input channels and 4 output channels; and with the lifting hooks through radio communication. It is installed in the crane panel itself, with which we can directly make the appropriate connections of the crane elements that we want to control (such as the Interlock), using the 8 inputs and 4 outputs controlled by relay.
The main operating function is the control of the lifting hooks, either individually or in groups, through the web application. This allows the user to perform different logical functions through the inputs and outputs that are connected to the eLINK, in order to improve the control of the different scenarios that need to be managed. The device itself generates a Log file which informs of all the events that are carried out while the eLink is operating, saving each event with date and timestamp thanks to the Real Time Clock that the device carries.
